Hero Shard Claiming Is Now Available on Our Website

Dear our heroes,

Two weeks after the game launched, we noticed that there have been some problems with hero shard claiming due to high traffic in the game server leading to congestion. Therefore, in order to reduce game server traffic and lagging, we decided to adjust the hero shard claiming methods.

From now on, users no longer need to wait for claiming hero shard in game server; instead you guys can directly go to our website via <LINK> for hero awakening and hero shard claiming. In order to prepare for this updated feature, we would like to provide players with a detailed user guide as below.

STEP 1: Go to our website via <LINK>, then connect your wallet

STEP 2: Go to My Hero, then select the hero you want to awaken.

STEP 3: You are now in your hero profile. Click on the “Awaken” bottom on the left hand side next to the “List” one.

Then click “Approve” to awaken your hero.

STEP 4: Confirm Awakening in your Metamask.
After clicking “Approve”, the Metamask window will pop up, click “Confirm”. Then you will receive a notification as below, click “Awaken” for confirmation

Then the Metamask window will reopen, click “Confirm” one more time.

Now your hero is awakened.

STEP 5: Wait for around 10 to 30 seconds until you see a “Claim HRS” on the Hero profile screen next to the Hero Level. Now scroll down and click “Claim your HRS” bottom on the left hand side.

Now when the Metamask window pops up, click “Sign”.

Then you will receive a notification as below, click “Claim” then “Confirm” to claim you HRS.

Note: You can check the total number of HRS you own on the top left side of My Hero Section.
